Egg-shaped kaleidoscopes are turned on the lathe from a stacked lamination of attractive hardwoods. Egg is approx. 2.5” high, 1.75” wide. Comes in a gift box complete with a gold plated stand. Wood laminations vary and may include maple, oak, walnut, bloodwood, black palm, tulipwood, wenge, cherry, koa, osage orange, purpleheart and cocobolo. Images are generated by rotating the egg while observing the colorful jewels tumbling in the viewing field..
